Hello Everyone,

 

Following the September 10th Zoning Board of Adjustment hearing, where several members of our club. voiced concerns about disruptions caused by short-term renters, we wanted to share an update.

 

The owners of 126 Cummings Cove Rd. have withdrawn their application and stated that they will cancel all existing short-term rental reservations.  Moving forward, the property will be used exclusively as a single-family residence for personal use.

 

We want to express our appreciation to everyone who took the time to participate, attend the hearing, or share their perspectives.

 

Finally we wish the Faits and their families the very best as they settle in and enjoy our wonderful club and community
